Great customer service
So I have had scooters for both my kids for about 4 years now. 4 years in and both their brakes snapped off within a month of each other which was fair enough that's some pretty decent use and pretty resilient brakes to be honest. I ordered each a new brake. One worked fine but the other snapped within 2 months. This was just normal use no tricks or anything crazy that caused it. I was a bit disappointed how quickly it broke so got in contact via micro scooters WhatsApp. The customer service was excellent. I was speaking with Rosie and she looked into it and sent a new brake that day. This is great customer service and I will definitely be continuing to buy a micro scooter for my 3rd child and buy replacement parts as I have confidence in the fact they provide a good product and good customer service. To add to that - the 6 year old is over the moon to have her brake replaced. Thankyou!

Great that there are parts to repair thiis scooter . . but even better is the absolutely superb customer service which supplied the springs - within 48 hours of request they were delivered.
I made a mistake in ordering which Laura / Alice rectified without quibble, again speedily. What an advert for the company, THANKS

I called micro customer service today…
I called micro customer service today and spoke to a lady called Sarah. I explained that my sons scooter was taken from our building, who ever took it broke the t bar part on it and left it outside with just the half of the scooter. I called Micro scooters to ask about the spare part, the lady Sarah that i spoke was so lovely with a great customer service qualities that other companies could look up to. She said that she would send one out to us free of charge.

Brilliant After sales
My youngest (4yr old) loves his scooter. He was devastated a couple of days ago when the rear brake broke off.
Now I know you can pretty much rebuild from scratch with micro scooters spare parts however contacted them with a pic of the issue.
Got to say I got a very prompt response from their Customer Experience team and a new rear brake us in the post. No quibble just brilliant after sales service.

I have used this company many times with my grandchildren. The scooters are very well made and the customer service is brilliant. Will use this company again as the grandchildren get bigger.

Quite possibly the best customer service and ease of contacting a company I’ve ever had!!! I used the WhatsApp chat, actually spoke to a person rather than a robot and Rosie fixed my issue and went far beyond what I expected. Thank you very much, great company and staff.

Very surprised by the excellent help from Micro Scooters.
Had a problem with a missing part on my Micro Scooter Classic. Did not really expect to get it sorted but my
on -line chat and then my phone conversation with the Micro Scooter people was so helpful. I am now sorted and the replacement part is ordered. Thank you for your great help!

Excellent response and customer service
Excellent customer services with instant online chat. Very impressed that Rosie was able to replace a broken scooter light for us by just taking few details. Our daughter is really happy that she can have a working light again!
